2. Mitä tietoja käsitellään
- Kuitit ja kuittikuvat, jotka kuvaat tai tuot sovellukseen, sekä niistä luetut tiedot (myyjä, Y-tunnus, päivämäärä, summat, ALV-rivit, maksutapa).
- Tilaustiedot (onko Premium voimassa). Maksut hoitaa Apple – emme näe maksukortti- tai pankkitietojasi.
- Emme kerää nimeä, sähköpostia, sijaintia tai käyttöanalytiikkaa, emmekä käytä mainoksia tai seurantaa. Sovellukseen ei tarvitse luoda tiliä.
3. Missä tiedot säilytetään
- Puhelimessasi. Kaikki kuitit säilyvät ensisijaisesti laitteellasi.
- Valitsemassasi pilvessä (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive tai muu kansio), jos otat pilvitallennuksen käyttöön. Tiedot tallentuvat omalle tilillesi, ja niihin sovelletaan kyseisen palvelun ehtoja. Talles pääsee käsiksi vain omaan kansioonsa (Google Drive: vain sovelluksen luomat tiedostot; Dropbox: vain Apps/Talles -kansio).
- Meillä ei ole omaa tietokantaa, johon kuittisi tallennettaisiin.
4. Tekoälyllä luku
Kun käytät automaattista kuitin lukua, kuitista tunnistettu teksti ja tarvittaessa kuitin kuva lähetetään palvelimemme (Vercel Inc.) kautta OpenAI:lle (OpenAI, L.L.C.), joka palauttaa kuitin tiedot jäsenneltynä. Emme tallenna lähetettyä sisältöä. OpenAI ei käytä rajapinnan kautta lähetettyjä tietoja mallien kouluttamiseen, mutta voi säilyttää niitä enintään 30 päivää väärinkäytösten valvontaa varten. Voit aina syöttää kuitin tiedot myös käsin.
4 b. Yrityksen nimen haku
Kun kuitissa on Y-tunnus, sovellus lähettää pelkän Y-tunnuksen palvelimemme (Vercel Inc.) kautta Patentti- ja rekisterihallituksen (PRH) avoimeen YTJ-rajapintaan ja saa takaisin yrityksen virallisen nimen ja aputoiminimet. Kuittia tai muita tietoja ei lähetetä, emmekä tallenna hakuja. Y-tunnus on julkinen tieto.
5. Käsittelyn peruste
Tietoja käsitellään palvelun toimittamiseksi sinulle (sopimus, EU:n tietosuoja-asetus 6.1 b).
6. Siirrot EU:n ulkopuolelle
Vercel ja OpenAI voivat käsitellä tietoja Yhdysvalloissa. Siirrot perustuvat EU–US Data Privacy Framework -järjestelyyn ja/tai EU:n vakiosopimuslausekkeisiin.
7. Säilytysaika
Tiedot säilyvät laitteellasi ja pilvessäsi niin kauan kuin itse haluat. Voit poistaa ne sovelluksesta (Asetukset → Tyhjennä paikalliset tiedot) ja pilvestä omalla tililläsi. Huomaa, että kirjanpitolaki voi velvoittaa sinut säilyttämään tositteita useita vuosia.
8. Oikeutesi
Sinulla on oikeus saada tietoa tietojesi käsittelystä, oikaista ja poistaa tietoja sekä vastustaa käsittelyä. Koska tiedot ovat omalla laitteellasi ja pilvessäsi, voit käyttää näitä oikeuksia suoraan. Voit tehdä valituksen tietosuojavaltuutetulle (tietosuoja.fi).
9. Muutokset
Päivitämme tätä selostetta tarvittaessa. Voimassa oleva versio on aina tällä sivulla.

2. What data is processed
- Receipts and receipt images you capture or import, and the details read from them (merchant, business ID, date, amounts, VAT rows, payment method).
- Subscription status (whether Premium is active). Payments are handled by Apple — we never see your card or bank details.
- We do not collect your name, email, location or usage analytics, and we use no ads or tracking. No account is needed.
3. Where data is stored
- On your phone. All receipts are stored primarily on your device.
- In the cloud you choose (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive or another folder), if you turn cloud storage on. Data is stored in your own account under that service's terms. Talles can only access its own folder (Google Drive: only files the app created; Dropbox: only the Apps/Talles folder).
- We have no database of our own where your receipts are stored.
4. AI reading
When you use automatic receipt reading, the text recognised from the receipt and, when needed, the receipt image are sent through our server (Vercel Inc.) to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.), which returns the receipt details in structured form. We do not store this content. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models but may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. You can always enter receipt details manually instead.
4 b. Company name lookup
When a receipt contains a Finnish business ID (Y-tunnus), the app sends only that business ID through our server (Vercel Inc.) to the open YTJ interface of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and receives the company's official name and trade names. No receipt or other data is sent, and we do not store the lookups. Business IDs are public information.
5. Legal basis
Data is processed to provide the service to you (contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
6. Transfers outside the EU
Vercel and OpenAI may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Data stays on your device and in your cloud for as long as you keep it. You can delete it in the app (Settings → Clear local data) and in your own cloud account. Note that bookkeeping law may require you to keep receipts for several years.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Because the data lives on your own device and cloud, you can exercise these rights directly. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
9. Changes
We update this policy when needed. The current version is always on this page.
